Updating Departmental Directory Listings

Updating the departmental (Blue Pages) section of the printed Campus Directory is simple. Just go to our Directory of Departments, find your listing, print it, mark up any changes, and mail it to Reilly Pollard in Communications Services (Mail Code 1020) via campus mail. You can also fax the changes to extension 7272.

As usual, if you are just making simple changes, simply mark up the form and send it back to Reilly. If you are going to make a wholesale change in the look of your listing, or the number of changes make your printed listing unreadable, call or email him to discuss other options.

Some peple prefer to move the listings into Word and mark them up there, then email them. If you choose this option, please mark your chnages in boldface or italics to make them easy to identify.

The deadline for getting the changes back to Communications Services is July 1, 2006. However, early returns will be much appreciated–and the earlier the better!
